Honoring Elizabeth "Budd" Bell
The recently deceased Legendary Childrens Advocate, Budd Bell with Michael's son Noah at the age of 1. This was taken while Cyndi and I visited with her in 1999 at her home. I think this picture tells what she was all about... the children. Cyndi is a former Budd Bell intern and Budd is someone who has helped me along the way. She will be missed in our fight for good policies for children in Florida and throughout the country.
